BB Data Services Limited trading as Outlast is the data controller for information you give us.
To deliver your order, contact you about it, and improve our service (legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interests).
Stripe (payments), Google (file delivery), our hosting provider, and AI service providers that generate copy and images from your brief. We don't sell your data.
Growify (growify.ai): ad attribution analytics. It records page visits and, when you buy, your name, email and order details, so we can see which of our ads led to a sale.
Meta pixel (Meta Platforms): tells us how many people who clicked our ad went on to buy, and lets Meta show our ads to people like you. Meta sets cookies in your browser to do that. If you'd rather it didn't, you can block it in your browser or through your Meta ad settings.
Microsoft Clarity (clarity.microsoft.com): records how our pages are used — clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and a session replay of your visit — so we can see where a page confuses people and fix it. Clarity sets cookies and processes this on Microsoft's servers as our processor; text you type into form fields is masked.
We also count visits ourselves, on our own servers: every visit to our pages. We record which page was viewed, the link tags you arrived with, the page that referred you, your device type, your country (worked out from your device’s time zone setting), whether you scrolled down to the price, whether you opened the payment page, and on the waiting-list page whether the form was seen or submitted. To avoid counting the same browser twice we store a random id in your browser's local storage. It is not a cookie, it carries no name, email or anything else about you, it is never shared, and we never store your IP address.
Aside from the Meta pixel, Clarity and Growify, no other third-party analytics or advertising tool runs on this site.
For as long as you're a customer, then up to 6 years for accounting records. Brief materials are deleted 12 months after your last order unless you ask us to keep them.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing hello@outlastads.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
