Who holds your data

Outlast Ads is a trading name of BB Data Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16567785. Registered office: C/O Aardvark Accounting, 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne, BH21 7SB, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for anything you send through this site. Questions, or any request below: hello@outlastads.com.

What we collect, and why

We don't ask for anything else, and there are no payment details on this site.

Our lawful basis

Consent. You gave it by submitting the form, having been told what we'd send. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link, and that's the end of it — no follow-up asking you to reconsider.

Cookies and tracking

This site carries the Meta pixel, which tells us how many people who clicked our ad went on to join the list, and lets Meta show our ads to people like you. Meta sets cookies in your browser to do that. If you'd rather it didn't, you can block it in your browser or through your Meta ad settings. We don't run any other analytics or advertising tools here.

Who else sees it

Our website host and the email tool we use to send the launch email. Both act on our instructions and don't use your details for anything of their own. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with other advertisers.

How long we keep it

Until Outlast opens and we've sent the launch email, plus twelve months — or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If Outlast doesn't open, we delete the list.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Email hello@outlastads.com and we'll do it within a month, usually the same week. If you think we've handled your data badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
